• Step 2 Sign up or log into the registration system
• Step 3 Fill out participant info
• Step 4 Choose your category
• Step 5 Choose payment method and make payment
• Step 6 Check your email for payment confirmation
  (Successfully completed)

• -If you do not receive the confirmation letter via email, please contact the secretariat (info@ksmoconference.org).
• -The on-line registration page is optimized for Internet Explorer and Chrome. If you use other web browsers and have any problems with the registration, please download the registration form and send it back to the Secretariat by fax (+82-2-557-8428) or email(info@ksmoconference.org)

Registration Fees

• *Due to the resurgence of COVID-19 in Korea, KSMO 2021 has changed to ‘Virtual Conference Only’.
• *During the ‘Onsite Registration’ period, you can only by card.
• *Multiple access in Virtual Site will not be allowed in real-time.
• *Overseas working in Korea: If you work in Korea, same rules apply as for Koreans.
• Please select your country as “Korea” when you register.

If you reside in any of the countries listed below, 50% of the registration fees will be reduced.

Payment Method

Bank Wire Transfer

• -Fees must be transferred under the registrant’s name.
• -All bank fees for remittance are to be paid by the participant.
• -Outstanding balances will need to be settled onsite.
• -Receipt of remittance must be sent by e-mail (info@ksmoconference.org) for confirmation.
• -Your Payment Status will be changed from ‘Pending’ to ‘Complete’ within two weeks upon clearance of your payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds will be made after the end of KSMO 2021. And all cancellations must be submitted in writing via email (info@ksmoconference.org) to the KSMO 2021 Secretariat.
