The Virtual Website will be announced 2 days before the conference.

Multiple access will not be allowed in real time.

All real-time streaming of KSMO 2021 lectures will be based on Korea Standard Time (GMT+9).

Yes, all virtual participants will be able to type questions through a chat window in real time on the Virtual Website. Session Chair will pick some questions from the "sessions Q&A" and ask the speakers on your behalf. All the invited speakers will have real-time Q&A.

Sorry, all participants must attend the conference via the Virtual conference website except for chairs, speakers, and committee members.

All registration fees are listed on the Registration Page.

If you register before August 22, you will be automatically registered under
"FREE REGISTRATION".

If you register from August 23 to August 29, you will be automatically registered under
"Pre-Registration".

If you reside in a 3rd country, 50% of the registration fees will be reduced.

Participants who have registered before having been changed will automatically be changed to free registration.
With the change to free registration, you will be refunded the registration fee after the conference.

Refunds will be made after the end of KSMO 2021.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email (info@ksmoconference.org) to the KSMO 2021 Secretariat.

If your registration is still open, you can change the category on My page.
If your payment is completed, please contact us (info@ksmoconference.org) to change your category.

You can download the Certificate of Attendance on My page after the end of the congress.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and notified by email to presenting authors by July 21, 2021.
You can also find the notification on My Page-Abstract Submission.

Outstanding abstracts will win awards.

Presenting Authors must register for the conference through the website by August 5, 2021 (KST).
If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the date above, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

If you miss a real-time presentation or would like to watch once again, you may access the VOD replay menu on the Virtual Website and watch presentations after the scientific program ends by September 3. Please note that only VODs by consenting speakers will be available for viewing and downloading of the VODs will not be permitted.

KSMO 2021 will feature an E-Poster system with all posters available on the Virtual Website.

During the conferecne, abstracts can be viewed on the Virtual Website.
